Update -
Our services continue to operate without any observable degradation. However, our cloud service provider is still working toward a final resolution of their ongoing incident.
We will keep this incident open until we receive official confirmation from the provider that the issue has been fully resolved.

The cloud service provider is continuing to work on resolving the underlying issues.
Although our systems currently appear stable and fully operational, there may still be minor performance degradation in certain cases. We are actively monitoring the situation to ensure full service stability.

Monitoring -
We identified an issue with an upstream cloud provider. Unfortunately, even our status page was affected, and we could not open this status page before now.
Among the issues we identified:
* Delay in syncing information between sensors and the Vantage US1 instance
The incident started at about 07:50 UTC
The cloud provider is fixing their issues, we can see that most of the sync operations are back to full operation. We're continuing to monitor the issue.
